These healthy balls of goodness are super quick and easy to make!
Heat the dates, honey and 50ml of water in a pan and simmer until all the water has dissolved
- Use a masher to mash the dates
- Put on a plate and leave to cool
- Put the coconut on a plate
- Roll the date mix into 10 evenly sized balls
- Roll and cover the date balls in the coconut
- Enjoy! These can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
