Date, Honey and Coconut Balls

These healthy balls of goodness are super quick and easy to make!

Method

  1. Heat the dates, honey and 50ml of water in a pan and simmer until all the water has dissolved
  2. Use a masher to mash the dates
  3. Put on a plate and leave to cool
  4. Put the coconut on a plate
  5. Roll the date mix into 10 evenly sized balls
  6. Roll and cover the date balls in the coconut
  7. Enjoy! These can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
