Full Time Rota Cashier

Hours: Two x early shifts (7am-2pm), two x late shifts (2pm-10pm), two x rest days (35.5 per week average)

Job Purpose:

As a Rota Cashier you will be the face of Tout’s Budgens, being smart, presentable and approachable. Using excellent customer service skills to drive sales and customer loyalty will be your key focus.

The expectations of a Rota Cashier are to be able to ensure the smooth running of the tills, minimise queue times, make sure the tills are kept tidy and clutter free, guarantee that all areas are topped up and presentable around the tills and provide the customers with service, quality and value without compromise. You will need to be accountable and responsible for forecourt safety also following the company policies in reference to due diligence and health and safety.

A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach are essential to achieve the targets set by yourself and the management team.
